As architects, we are concerned with the delivery of quality which is manifest in both service and product. We engage in a process of determining the needs and desires of each of our clients and strive to balance these with the location, views, climate, budget and legal constraints specific to each project. Through this process we explore, discover and develop a concept of "what the building wants to be" and then set about realising this vision with the Client.

The result has been the realization of projects that are marked by both the quality of design and meticulous attention to detail evident in our work. The present design principal, Muhammed Naroth, has extensive local, international, professional and academic experience. Staff are encouraged to pursue a continued engagement with local academic and research institutions to enhance their continuing professional development.

Our practice has always viewed the making of architecture as a process where the design and finishing of internal spaces are integral to the architecture itself, in order to ensure a unified and coherent experience of our buildings.

This ensures that the design concept adopted at the outset is carried through and acknowledged in the design of the interiors, producing a final product that further enhances and complements the design concept at every level of detail. It is in the integration of these diverse elements that assures a quality final product that makes successful buildings.

We offer a full package of services wherein we act on behalf of the client as the Principal Agent and manage the project from inception through to final completion and we compile and issue all the relevant documentation and certificates upon final completion.
